![]() The Impact Mentoring Program is a one-on-one mentoring program for students in Pendleton. Our strategy is simple: we connect mentors from local churches with students from local schools. Our first ten matches were made in March and those ten mentors have done an amazing job investing in students’ lives since then! Almost every day of the week, mentoring is happening in Pendleton homes, parks, art classes, restaurants, and movie theaters. As a nonprofit, we could not have done this without our financial supporters! Thank you! We rely on a variety of funding sources to continue to provide this life-changing program. We are so thankful for the ongoing support of local individuals, churches, businesses, and events like the Pendleton Bonanza. We also appreciate the support of Walmart Community Grants, the Juan Young Trust, the Pacific Power Foundation, and most recently, a 2-year grant from the Ford Family Foundation! Thank you so much to our financial donors for making mentoring possible! Last week, we made match number 11 and officially kicked off our fall matches! We are so excited to see how mentoring will continue to make a difference in students’ lives in Pendleton.
