Consistency

Remember, the most important thing in mentoring is consistency! We encourage you to work with your mentee's guardian to schedule a virtual mentoring "appointment" in advance, just like you would a weekly face-to-face contact. You want your mentee know that call is coming regularly (at least once per week) and look forward to it!
